Those who want to lose weight mistakenly believe that they can achieve a result by reducing portions or not eating at all. This can lead not only to undermining health, but also to depressive states, fitness trainer Ksenia Shapovalova warns, she is quoted by the Kuban News portal.
She revealed three secrets of successful weight loss. The expert urged not to go on an express diet. According to her, the faster a person loses weight, the faster he will return to the previous kilograms and, probably, add a couple of new ones. Shapovalova advises focusing on foods rich in nutrients – proteins, fats and carbohydrates: the right ratio of them will help improve health and help maintain weight.
The trainer also recommends increasing the amount of water consumed per day – it will help reduce hunger and thereby save the figure.
Shapovalova also advises to observe the daily regimen – go to bed, wake up, eat and play sports at the same time. According to the specialist, any deviations from the conditional schedule lead only to weight gain and nervous strain.
