Two drones attacked the facilities of the fuel and energy complex in the Smolensk region. This was announced by the acting governor of the region Vasily Anokhin in Telegram.

“Today, at about 03:00, in the village of Peresna, Pochinkovsky District, and in the village of Divasy, Smolensk District, two long-range drones attacked fuel and energy complex facilities,” Anokhin specified.

According to him, as a result of the attack, there were no victims or injured. There were also no critical damages or fires. Operational services are working on the spot to eliminate the consequences.

At the same time, the Shot Telegram channel clarifies that the explosion occurred at a gas distribution station. As a result, the administrative building of the third workshop was damaged, but no fire followed. No harm done. At the site of the explosion, fragments of a drone and a crater measuring one by one and a half meters were found. It is also noted that the explosion occurred at an oil refinery in the Pochinkovsky district. The fire extinguishing water container was damaged, and a funnel was also found at the scene.

Earlier it was reported that air defense shot down several Ukrainian drones near Kursk. Also, a village bordering Ukraine in the Bryansk region was subjected to shelling.
