The lifeless body of a person was found in the vicinity of the transit interchange that leads from the highway to the coast to the Perimetral highway, in the west of Guayaquil.
The finding was reported on the morning of this Thursday 25. After the alert, teams of special units of the Police traveled to the area to corroborate the presence of the lifeless body.
In a Legal Medicine vehicle, the body was transferred to the Laboratory of Forensic and Criminal Sciences, located on Rodríguez Bonín Avenue, west of the city.
The body would belong to David Sánchez Aguayo, an 18-year-old man who would be involved in several murders and attempted drug sales.
It is presumed that he was involved in the murder of his father that occurred on 22nd and N streets, in the southwest of Guayaquil, for allegedly switching to another criminal organization.
The deceased today belonged to the Los Choneros gang and his father to Los Lagartos, the police explained last October when the crime occurred.
Sánchez Aguayo was known as aliases handle and escaped after his father’s crime. He had not been arrested to date.
According to the first reports, the body found today had several gunshot wounds. Also, there was blood on his face and he was covered with a black hood.
