Endocrinologist Zukhra Pavlova gave advice on how to get rid of the feeling of false hunger. According to her, you can change activities and drink water. The expert explained that such a feeling often occurs for the first time after the transition to proper nutrition.

Pavlova noted that thirst can often be mistaken for hunger. In this regard, it is advised to drink a glass of warm non-carbonated water in the morning and at least two liters during the day. Also, the doctor recommends keeping a gap of three to five hours between meals. In extreme cases, between breakfast and lunch, you can arrange a protein-carbohydrate snack.

The expert added that the desire to eat something harmful often occurs with mental stress. In order not to break loose, you can be distracted by physical activity: do push-ups from the table, squats. In this case, the brain will change the type of activity and take control of the muscles.

In the evening, she recommended brushing her teeth. At the same time, the more minty the paste is, the stronger the desire to eat will be repulsed, the endocrinologist specified.
