Before the creation of the Ukrainian SSR, “no Ukraine” existed. This statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Chairman of the Constitutional Court Valery Zorkin.

During the meeting, Zorkin showed the head of state a copy of the map, which, according to him, was compiled by the French under Louis XIV, in the middle of the 17th century. And on this map, Zorkin noted, “there is no Ukraine.”

“There is a region in two places – the region of the Commonwealth, and the region of Cossackia. And the great Russian kingdom,” he said.

Putin responded by saying that “quasi-state formations” began to appear only after the October Revolution. According to him, the Soviet government created the Soviet Ukraine.

“Until this moment, there was no Ukraine in the history of mankind,” the president stressed.

Recall that last year, a few days before the start of the NWO, Putin addressed the Russians, in which he stated that modern Ukraine was entirely created by communist Russia. The country can still be called “Ukraine named after Vladimir Ilyich Lenin,” Putin said. In his opinion, Ukraine has never had its true statehood.

In June 2022, Putin again returned to history, saying that Ukraine came to the Russian Empire initially with three territories, the western territories went to the country as a result of World War II, and everything that passed to it as a result of the formation of the USSR was presented by Vladimir Lenin.
