The authorities are helping the residents of the Graivoronsky urban district, where the Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group has penetrated, to leave the territory. This was told by the head of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov.
According to him, the situation in the district remains tense. Most of the population left the territory, Gladkov added.
The governor noted that residents who left their homes will be able to apply for accommodation in other municipalities of the region.
“The order has been given, temporary accommodation points have been prepared,” Gladkov emphasized, pointing out that the issues of accommodation, food and security will also be resolved.
Earlier on Monday, Gladkov reported on the penetration of the Ukrainian sabotage group into the territory of the region. Later, the authorities announced the introduction of the CTO regime.
According to Glakov, as a result of the attack of saboteurs on the border settlements, none of the civilians died, however, eight people were injured.
Meanwhile, the SHOT Telegram channel reported that 39 saboteurs were liquidated near Belgorod, and several more people were taken prisoner. It was also noted that in total about 80 people entered the territory of the region, but this information has not yet been officially confirmed.
