Municipality of Quito will deliver 15 decorations to prominent figures and projects

The delivery of these recognitions is carried out annually for its founding parties.

The Metropolitan Council of Quito approved on Tuesday, November 23, the decorations that the Municipality gives each year to featured characters and projects.

These decorations consist of a medal with the coat of arms of Quito and a diploma of honor.

The Board Commission recommended submission for twelve characters and three projects from all applicants. The councilor Monica Sandoval pointed out that this recognition is given to the work and services of these people and institutions in favor of the city and the country.

The mayor of Quito, Santiago Guarderas, He stressed that this time there were more resumes than normal. They were more than 70 applications.
