The car of bailiffs had an accident in the Kemerovo region, as a result of which one of them died, another was injured. A criminal case has been initiated, TASS reports with reference to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the region.
“According to preliminary information, the driver of a domestic car collided with a car in which bailiffs were moving, one of the women died. An investigation team, which included a forensic investigator, immediately left for the accident site, ”the press service said, adding that another woman was injured.
It is specified that the accident occurred on Tuesday 17:20 (13:20 Moscow time) on one of the roads in the Novokuznetsk municipal district. On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation by a person driving a car or other mechanical vehicle of the rules of the road, negligently resulting in the death of a person”). Other circumstances of the accident are being investigated, an autotechnical examination has been appointed.
