In St. Petersburg, an administrative offense case was registered against Alexander Nevzorov (he was recognized as a foreign agent on the territory of the Russian Federation).
According to the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg, he is charged with “production of materials and (or) their distribution without indicating that these materials (information) were produced, distributed and (or) sent by a foreign agent or relate to the activities of a foreign agent “.
As follows from the materials of the court, on March 22, Nevzorov did not indicate the information required by law in his Telegram channel when posting a message.
Nevzorov faces a fine of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles and confiscation of the subject of the administrative offense.
It should be noted that earlier the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg also received materials from the case of an administrative offense against Alexander Nevzorov, provided for by Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Incitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity”. However, the case materials were compiled with violations, so they were returned to the compilers.
