“An unidentified explosive device went off in the area of the Snezhetskaya railway station. There were no casualties,” he wrote. Bogomaz noted that as a result of the incident, a locomotive and several wagons of a freight train derailed, and operational services are working at the scene.
According to law enforcement agencies, “a freight train of 70 wagons followed the tracks.” “The explosion occurred in the vicinity of the locomotive, as a result of which about 20 wagons derailed,” the source said, adding that there was no fire as a result of the incident.
