A resident of the Yutazinsky district of Tatarstan is suspected of killing an underage daughter. According to TASS with reference to the investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the republic, the suspect was taken into custody.
“On April 27, 2023, the law enforcement agencies received a report about the disappearance of a 17-year-old resident of the Yutazinsky district. On suspicion of committing a crime, the 47-year-old father of the victim, who wrote a confession, was detained, ”the message says.
According to investigators, the man heard his daughter’s telephone conversation of intimate content. Because of this, a conflict broke out between them, during which he pushed her down the stairs. The girl hit her head and died. “Later, the suspect drowned the body in the Ik River. During the search activities on April 30, the body was removed from the water, ”the message says.
A measure of restraint in the form of detention was chosen against the man. Investigative actions are being carried out to establish all the circumstances of the incident.
