Links to accounts on Twitch, Telegram and Kick platforms 15 bloggers, including Yegor Creed, Gusein Gasanov, Yuri Khovansky, Andrey Burim and others, were included in the register of prohibited information by Roskomnadzor. As Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League, told TASS, the agency also demanded that platforms restrict access to accounts in Russia.
According to Mizulina, the League had previously sent appeals to Roskomnadzor and the Federal Tax Service about illegal casino advertising.
She added that the Federal Tax Service announced a set of “control and analytical measures” designed to identify possible violations of tax laws.
Earlier, the Safe Internet League applied to the RKN regarding the illegal distribution of advertising for online casinos and betting shops by 15 bloggers on the Twitch, YouTube and Telegram platforms. The League believes that bloggers create Telegram channels in order to transfer their audience there and distribute casino advertising without risking blocking in other social networks.
