The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (Inamhi) issued an alert on rains and storms valid until August 7, where it anticipates an increase in intensity and distribution in areas of the Amazon, Inter-Andean and northern coastal regions.
On the Coast, more intense rains are forecast to the north and in the foothills of the western mountain range on August 4, 5 and 7. In the Sierra, these will be scattered in the region with greater probability and intensity to the north and in the foothills of the eastern and western mountain range.
In the Amazon, the rains will be in various areas, with greater intensity in the foothills of the eastern mountain range and in the north center of the region.
Regarding the temperature, in the Coast they will oscillate between 20 °C and 29 °C, in the Sierra these will be between 8 °C and 22 °C. In the Amazon, it will be between 18 °C and 30 °C.
The Insular region will have temperatures between 21 °C to 27 °C.
Regarding ultraviolet radiation, it is expected to be between 5 and 11. (YO)
