The Ministry of Digital Transformation said that now there are no grounds for sending subpoenas to those liable for military service through the State Services. This is stated in the message of the department in the Telegram channel.

The department explained that the adopted law on the digitalization of military registration does not indicate that electronic summonses will be sent through this portal. The methods for sending subpoenas still have to be established by the government in a separate act, which has not been adopted, the Ministry of Digital Development added.

They emphasized that “explicitly” the law provides for the use of the “Gosuslug” portal only for sending notifications about military registration, application and lifting of restrictive measures, as well as for accessing information in the register of subpoenas, which has not yet been created.

Meanwhile, Moscow’s military commissar Maxim Loktev said earlier that a test mailing of subpoenas through the Gosuslugi portal would begin during the spring conscription. True, he later clarified that the test mailing of digital agendas would be possible only after the adoption of the relevant government decree.

Recall that on April 14, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on amendments to the legislation, involving the formation of a unified register of persons liable for military service and introducing electronic agendas.
