Military Commissar of Moscow Maxim Loktev announced that test mailing of subpoenas through the Gosuslugi portal, as well as by SMS and telephone, will begin in the spring conscription. He reported this to the publication “MK”.
“As for everything else, the current legislation has not changed, the procedure for sending citizens to military service has remained the same,” he said.
Loktev stressed that the conscripts of the spring conscription in 2023 will not be sent to the zone of the NWO.
He also spoke about the requirements for contractors. “First of all, we look at the state of health of a person who wants to serve in the army. He should be between 18 and 59 years old, and if you have a very rare military specialty, you can become a contract soldier even at 65,” Loktev said. “But this is only if the armed forces need a narrow-profile specialist.”
At the same time, he stressed that the contract will definitely not be concluded with citizens with chronic diseases or severe convictions.
According to him, foreign citizens also have the opportunity to conclude a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
Recall that the other day, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on the digitalization of military records in the country and the creation of a unified register of those liable for military service. The law provides for the duplication of traditional paper summonses with electronic ones. They will, in particular, be sent through the State Services portal.
