“The Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan said that Kazakhstan has had good relations with Afghanistan throughout history, and in order to strengthen these relations, new Afghan diplomats will be received in Kazakhstan in the near future,” the report says.
According to these data, earlier during the meeting, Baradar turned to Zhumangarin with a request to the government of Kazakhstan to accept new Afghan diplomats.
The talks also discussed a number of areas of trade and economic cooperation, including the implementation of railway projects.
As reported, in February of this year, the Taliban government appointed a new staff of the Afghan Consulate General in Istanbul. Earlier, the Taliban also appointed new diplomats from among their representatives to the Afghan embassy in Tehran. Afghan diplomatic missions in Pakistan, Russia and China also came under the control of the Taliban movement.
At the same time, no country has yet recognized the legitimacy of the interim government of the country.
