In the first quarter of 2023, 1 million 42 thousand 794.7 sq. m of housing is 297 houses for 24719 apartments in 12 districts.
“Petersburg invariably fulfills the housing commissioning standards approved for it by the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment” and the federal project “Housing”. Since the beginning of the year, we have put into operation more than 35% of the planned commissioning of apartment buildings. This allows us to expect that the indicators will be achieved in 2023 as well,” said Governor Alexander Beglov.
Primorsky district became the leader in housing commissioning, where 6,611 apartments were commissioned in the first quarter, with a total area of more than 291 thousand square meters. m. More than 163 thousand sq. m. m. of housing, these are 11 houses for 5363 apartments. The third was the Krasnoselsky district, where, following the results of the quarter, 9 houses for 3759 apartments were put into operation, which amounted to more than 141 thousand square meters of housing.
In addition, in the 1st quarter of 2023, 44 general civil facilities were commissioned, including sports facilities in the Krasnoselsky, Kolpinsky and Primorsky districts, a restaurant in the Petrodvortsovy district, a healthcare facility in the Vasileostrovsky district, two overpasses in Krasnoye Selo, a kindergarten for 110 children in Primorsky district, emergency department in the Nevsky district, shops, warehouses and industrial facilities.
