Olga Sitchikhina took her daughter Maria Moskaleva from the rehabilitation center in the city of Efremov. Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children’s Rights in Russia, spoke about this in her Telegram channel.

Today she met with Sitchikhina and discussed the situation in the family. It is known that the woman did not communicate with her daughter for quite some time.

According to Lvova-Belova, Sitchikhina is currently not limited in parental rights, so it was enough to terminate the agreement on the temporary placement of the child in an institution. The Ombudsman clarified that at first the girl did not want to live with her mother, but now “her position has changed.”

Recall that on March 28, the Efremov Interdistrict Court of the Tula Region sentenced Alexei Moskalev, a resident of Efremov, to two years in a penal colony in the case of discrediting the Russian army. However, it turned out that the defendant escaped from house arrest before the court session, at which the verdict was announced.

Later, the media, citing the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, reported that Aleksey was detained in Minsk.

On April 6, the Ephraim Interdistrict Court is to hold a closed session with the participation of Moskalev and Sitchikhina. As part of the meeting, the issue of limiting both in parental rights in relation to their daughter Maria Moskaleva at the suit of the commission on minors and protecting their rights by the Efremov administration will be considered.
