Despite the fact that the whole country knew the voice of the soloist of the popular ensemble, who performed hits, because of her unusual appearance – swarthy skin and mop of curly hair – they were in no hurry to shoot her in television programs. Later, Barykina had to work as both a maid and a cook, and she also unsuccessfully tried to arrange her fate in the United States. But the last few years have been especially difficult.
“The cat caught my heel with its paw, tore blood vessels. For a long time they could not stop the bleeding, I also have rheumatoid arthritis, it suppresses the immune system. Either that or the arthritis had to be treated. And the pain is such that I screamed at night. As a result, after a few days, the leg was amputated, ”said Barykina in the Malakhov program.
Now a woman with a lot of weight needs restorative therapy that will allow her to learn to sit or stand on one leg. So far, the singer cannot even go outside, although she has been dreaming about it for two years. Her husband helps Lyudmila Barykina cope with difficulties.
