In a cluttered apartment in the east of Moscow, juvenile inspectors found a 7-year-old Mowgli child. According to the press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office, the house is located on Stalevarov Street in the Eastern Administrative District.
There was practically no food in the refrigerator, and the dwelling itself is in the most neglected condition.
The department added that the child was not created “proper living conditions”, and the order in the apartment was not maintained.
According to MK, his 45-year-old mother and stepfather were also in the apartment. The walls in the rooms were scribbled, and the refrigerator was used as a closet – there was no food in it. According to the neighbors, the family gets food from the trash. The woman does not work anywhere, she is deprived of parental rights for her first child, who is now 17 years old.
The youngest son does not attend educational institutions and does not go for walks. Also, the child was diagnosed with arthrosis. The boy was hospitalized.
Now the family is being checked, the results of which will decide whether to remove the child.
