In a statement, the ANT explained that there will be users who, despite already having a shift, will have to get it again. Those who got a shift before October 21 for dates after December 1 of this year must reschedule, that is, get a new one. These will not cost the user.

“The securities installed to prevent the interference of processors in the ‘turn’ allow that the dates chosen by the user can no longer be modified externally, so that, from now on, in case of trying to change the reserved date, the citizen You must go to the ANT office where you chose the turn for the officials to solve your request, ”he said in a statement.

He anticipated that intermittences could occur due to the increase in income due to the reestablishment of the platform.

The attack on the system occurred after the implementation of regulatory processes that sought to prevent the sale of shifts by processors, as well as the reduction of licenses and registration processes. (I)
