After almost a month, the National Transit Agency (ANT) reestablished its shift scheduling system for driver’s licenses, whether for renewal, first time or duplicate. On October 21, the entity indicated that it was the victim of a computer attack, which led to an audit of the procedures that were carried out on the platform.

In a statement, the ANT explained that there will be users who, despite already having a shift, will have to get it again. Those who got a shift before October 21 for dates after December 1 of this year must reschedule, that is, get a new one. These will not cost the user.
