On the morning of this Thursday, November 18, Eduardo Vladimir Miguez Palacios was assassinated in a hitman style on Ernesto Briones and 6 de Octubre streets, in the Ventanas canton, Los Ríos province.

A man who was traveling as a copilot aboard a motorcycle repeatedly attacked Miguez, witnesses told police.
