In the Republic of Tyva, three teenagers raped a 10-year-old child. According to PROGORODCHELNY, the incident happened during national wrestling classes.
The media notes that the boy’s parents drew attention to the fact that the child began to return from training depressed. He began to have health problems: the boy stopped sleeping normally due to incontinence.
As a result, the child confessed to his mother that he was raped by three teenagers from the sixth and seventh grades.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under paragraph “b” of Part 4 of Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to the regional department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, three minors previously agreed. They have already been charged, and at the request of the investigator, the court chose house arrest against them.
Meanwhile, the media give some details of what happened. So, writes “MK”, the child was raped almost daily in the school toilet for 10 days. The child did not dare to tell his parents about everything for a long time, but when he did, the mother turned to the investigation department.
“But there, instead of helping them and sending the boy to the hospital, they also began to interrogate him with prejudice. The interrogation lasted nine hours, the article says. There was no psychologist. The boy cried all the time. Then, exhausted, he was sent a hundred kilometers away for examination.”
The study, notes “MK” with reference to the words of the mother of the child, took place “by a barbaric method.” In the end, another examination was carried out according to all the rules, which recorded the damage. However, the newspaper writes, the investigation began to shield the suspects.
But after the child’s aunt told about the incident on social networks, tens of thousands of people demanded that the authorities save the family, and the case immediately fell under the personal control of the head of the Republic. State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein also drew attention to the story.
In his Telegram channel, he published two posts dedicated to this case. In the first, he said that he had sent deputy requests to the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Investigative Committee of Russia demanding that this case be taken under special control, and in the second, he shared the publication of a member of the Presidential Human Rights Council, Eva Merkacheva, and described the investigation of this crime as “savagery.”
“Separate questions to the leadership of the Investigative Committee and the prosecutor’s office of the republic: why did they not see obvious lawlessness for 2 months? I have already prepared deputy requests,” he wrote.
