In the St. Petersburg art space mArs (Marsovo Pole, 3) on Thursday, April 6, a meeting will be held with showman, brand chef of the Benefit of Vkusa gastronomic club, expert of the Imperator chocolate factory Vladimir Lenshin, where he will share the secrets of the Jewish kitchens. The event will be held as part of the Delicious Meetings project. The start is at 19:00.

The world of Jewish cooking is much more complex, diverse and exciting than it is commonly thought, and does not consist of just snacks! There are a lot of features and secrets of Jewish cuisine, and Lenshin will tell the guests of the meeting about some of them. And since the meeting will take place during the Pesach holiday, then, of course, we will also talk about the Jewish Passover table.

Vladimir Lenshin will treat visitors to the mArs art space with real mincemeat and cutlets made from pike and zander. Well, he will cook the famous appetizer of eggplant babaganush right in front of the guests.

Tickets for the event can be purchased on TimePad or at the box office before the event.
