“On March 26, 2023, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang held talks in Beijing with Foreign Minister of Honduras Eduardo Enrique Reina and signed the Joint Communique on Establishing Diplomatic Relations,” the Chinese Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
The countries will develop friendly relations “based on the principles of mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other’s internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit, peaceful coexistence,” the Foreign Ministry noted.
