Divers stopped searching the Volga for the bodies of 28-year-old musician Georgy Kiselev and 25-year-old Roman Svirgunov, the brother of the founder of Cream Soda.
According to StarHit, the search has been suspended indefinitely. “We are working as long as there is a request from the police. Unfortunately, no bodies were found. We used an underwater drone, but it is of little use, since the water is very muddy, dark, visibility is only within a meter. Plus, the flow has increased again, ”quotes Oleg Belovoshin, head of the Center for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations in the Yaroslavl Region, as saying.
Earlier, the body of Dmitry Svirgunov himself was found in the water. After a company of young people fell through the ice, Valeria Derman, the founder of the Cream Soda group, and Aristarkh Ukhtomsky managed to get out of the rift. However, the young man died of hypothermia.
The tragedy occurred during the celebration of the birthday of Dmitry Svirgunov. The company went for a walk on the ice that bound the Volga, but in the middle of the route several people fell through the ice.
