It is noted that some public activists complained about her to the Prosecutor General’s Office. The article says they are demanding that the marathon queen be tested for tax evasion through a common business splitting scheme.
Star lawyer Alexei Aleshkin told KP that it is possible that the victims will be able to file a lawsuit against Blinovskaya for damages. According to him, all the sensational cases of law enforcement proceedings with “infogypsies” will finally bring online business out of the “gray zone” into the legal field.
Blinovskaya herself told the SHOT Telegram channel that she pays VAT, unlike “all other” bloggers who are suspected of tax evasion, and therefore she does not face problems with the Federal Tax Service. The blogger stated that she has a huge team of lawyers and accountants dealing with these issues. And about statements to the police from the participants of her marathons, she says she does not know.
In an interview with Channel Five, she added that there were no checks.
As for the trip to Japan, then, according to Blinovskaya, she flew to this country “on vacation.”
