The Black Sea Fleet repulsed the attack of surface drones on the Sevastopol Bay. According to Interfax, this was announced by the governor of the city Mikhail Razvozhaev.
“A total of three objects have been destroyed by this hour. They tried to get into the bay, our sailors fired at them from small arms,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The air defense system also worked on the air target, Razvozhaev added.
According to the governor, the ships of the Black Sea Fleet were not damaged, but windows were shattered by a wave of drone explosions in some buildings. The people were not harmed.
Earlier it was reported that the movement of maritime transport in Sevastopol was stopped. Residents of the city were encouraged to use surface public transport.
Previously, the movement of maritime transport in Sevastopol was stopped due to adverse weather conditions, or after an attack by marine and aerial unmanned vehicles.
In Crimea and Sevastopol, there is a high, “yellow”, level of terrorist threat, as well as a medium-level response regime.
