Unidentified persons, being on the territory of a private household, set fire to an outbuilding in which there was a cougar. As a result, the animal died.

According to KP, the male cougar named Simba was two years old. The cub ended up in a family of local residents, because after the birth of his mother refused to feed the kittens.
