Lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky believes that the publication of new posts on social networks by blogger Valeria (Lerchek) and her husband Artem Chekalins can be regarded by law enforcement officers as a violation of a court order. In an interview with Lenta.ru, he commented on reports that Chekalina’s bloggers allegedly intend to continue blogging despite the ban on using the Internet.
Earlier, the SHOT Telegram channel wrote that bloggers, together with lawyers, studied the decree and came to the conclusion that none of the clauses prohibits making new videos, nor does it prohibit another person from posting these videos on their social networks. It was reported that bloggers have hired a special employee who will do additional work with their pages.
However, the lawyer noted, the trick that the publications are made by another person may work, but at some point the law enforcement agencies will still have a question why they are taking these photos and videos. If, for example, they are created for a family album, then why post it all on social networks.
Moreover, it will not matter who posted it, bloggers may end up in jail, Dobrovinsky emphasized.
Recall that on the eve of the Savelovsky Court of Moscow chose a measure of restraint for blogger Valeria Chekalina, known as Lerchek, and her husband Artem Chekalin, accused of laundering 130 million rubles.
