Employees of several points of issue of orders of the Wildberries marketplace refused to work with customers due to large fines from the employer.
According to 78.ru, workers are dissatisfied with the new system of fines. “Due to the mass strike in the country, we are temporarily refusing service. Until our demands are met and our wages are returned. We hope for your understanding, ”the note on the door of the Wildberries order pick-up point at No. 23/1 on Marshal Tukhachevsky says.
According to Lenta.ru, the protests began because of the deprecation for marriage in the amount of 20% of the cost of goods. Then the management of the marketplace decided to completely leave employees without bonuses for replacing things that might come from the warehouse. This decision cannot be challenged.
Anfisa Ronzhina, spokeswoman for the Wildberries press service, explained that some unscrupulous buyers or managers of pick-up points can replace goods, for example, with cheap analogues or unlabeled goods. To prevent this from happening, employees must check the goods upon return.
“Therefore, we have introduced additional protection for our sellers from substitution. We expect that thanks to these measures, the share of fraud will decrease several times. We are in touch with our partners – the last online meeting ended just a few hours ago. At the same time, with “partners” who choose uncivilized forms of dialogue, threaten company representatives and attempt to disrupt the work of the office, cooperation may be suspended for security reasons,” the marketplace’s press service emphasized.
