And one medium banana contains 13% of the daily requirement of manganese. This is a solid number. Manganese is necessary for our body to ensure the normal functioning of the brain and nervous system.

Avocado. Avocados are full of healthy fats, and also contain fiber, vitamins and minerals – for example, potassium, which can help relieve fatigue, and magnesium and B vitamins, which reduce the excitability of the nervous system.

Chia seeds. Chia seeds provide the body with stable energy due to a good balance of proteins, fats and fiber in the composition. In addition, chia seeds contain phytoestrogens lignans, which are considered especially beneficial for the female body. It is important that you use chia seeds in food in a ground form.

Dark chocolate. We are talking about chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 50-70%. It supplies the body with potassium, iron, calcium, zinc and magnesium.
