To remove corpses or request information, relatives of inmates murdered in the Penitentiary go to the Criminalistics Laboratory

The presence of relatives of inmates of the Litoral Penitentiary continues on the morning of this Monday, November 15 at the morgue of the Judicial Police.

Some of them arrive to complete the procedure to remove the corpses, others seek information and several come again due to the lack of a document to bury their loved ones that they have already identified.

The Judicial Police has already identified 34 bodies with fingerprint techniques. Seven anatomical pieces of dismembered corpses have also been recognized, so anthropological studies study the relationship with corpses.

For now, the relatives of inmates are located on the perimeter and, at the call of the police who cordon off the access, they are entering tents set up for the wait.

The mother of one of those deprived of liberty said that she was already watching over her son after removing the body over the weekend and asked for justice for her case.

For a week his son had already served a one-year prison sentence after being apprehended with three blocks of drugs.

On Friday, November 12, he already had the release ticket, but that same day the afternoon was ending without his departure and with the report of new disturbances inside the prison.

The last communication he had with his son was a desperate request for help, since inmates were entering ward 2 at 9:40 p.m. on Friday, where he was staying.

As a result of the brawl, he died, as did a cousin also held in that ward.

“Mom, help me, because they are attacking us,” were her last words, the mother said about her impotence of not being able to do anything.

“I know it was not holy; I was the victim of so many people who poison the youth, ”the woman exclaimed moments before being called by the police to enter the Crime Laboratory. (I)
