“The target was probably a civilian infrastructure facility, it was not damaged. There are no casualties or destruction on earth. The FSB and other competent authorities are investigating the situation, nothing threatens the safety of the residents,” Governor of the region Andrey Vorobyov said in his Telegram channel.
