Acting Slovak Foreign Minister Rastislav Kačer used Russian obscene language in a correspondence discussion with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban when he criticized him for his “anti-Ukrainian stance”, Pluska.sk reports.
In his statement, the Slovak minister called military assistance to Ukraine “morally correct” and noted that Hungary “keeps aloof” from EU assistance to Kyiv. Kačer also stated that the position of the Hungarian Prime Minister that “this is not our war” is morally unacceptable. “How disgusting. What a pity,” the minister said, adding an obscene curse in Russian.
The head of the Hungarian parliamentary committee on foreign affairs, Zsolt Nemeth, commenting on this statement, advised Kacher to consult a psychiatrist and said that he was “very concerned about his mental health.”
Recall that Hungary is one of the few EU countries that has refused to supply weapons to Ukraine and has repeatedly advocated easing anti-Russian sanctions.
