On the morning of this Saturday, November 13, 2021, the Ecuador Human Rights Secretariat informed that it will maintain a Containment and Assistance Plan in order to provide accompaniment to relatives of those killed and injured in the massacre recorded this morning at the Litoral Penitentiary.
The communication team of this secretariat reported that its owner, Bernarda Ordonez, is traveling to Guayaquil to coordinate the actions of this governmental institution.
In a newsletter, they assure that they will activate specialist teams to provide psychological first aid to the relatives of the inmates.
In addition, they sympathized with the events recorded in this prison.
