If Russia recognizes the decree on the completion of partial mobilization as invalid, then the military will lose social guarantees and monetary compensation. This, according to RBC, was announced by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, responding to the appeal of the deputy of the Pskov Regional Assembly from Yabloko Artur Gaiduk.
As noted in the military department, if the decree is recognized as invalid before the end of the SVO, the status of those mobilized and the monetary content in this case will not correspond to the status and monetary content of military personnel serving under the contract.
Earlier, the deputy had already addressed a question about the validity of the decree on mobilization to the presidential administration. In the Office of the Head of State for Work with Appeals, he was told that the decree on mobilization continues and that the notification and call-up of citizens in the reserve has ended. At the same time, the military commissariats continue to recruit military units at the expense of volunteers and those who want to enter the service under the contract.
The Kremlin, commenting on the continuation of the decree on mobilization, associated this with a legal peculiarity. So, the press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov recalled that the planned number of mobilized in Russia had been recruited. True, he explained, in addition to conscription, partial mobilization also includes other measures, including the performance of tasks by military personnel.
