A violent attack caused alarm among the residents who shared a sports day on 11th and Sucre streets, in the south center of Guayaquil.
There, around 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday the 8th, subjects carried out several detonations against a person who was watching a volleyball game on public roads.
On a corner, the individual died as a result of bullet impacts while he was sitting in a chair. Several projectiles fell on his head.
After the attack, dozens of onlookers approached the scene. There, those present observed the murdered person with his head thrown back and a pool of blood on the street. Relatives of the victim also attended, who regretted the event.
Police officers from the preventive axis were also mobilized to the place to assist in the emergency, however, only his death was confirmed at the place. They cordoned off the scene to facilitate the work of the investigative units.
Some of the residents placed a black bag to cover the corpse. Several of those present were reluctant to have the media present.
Special police units began investigations into the case to find those responsible for the incident. A Legal Medicine vehicle attended the point to collaborate in the transfer of the body to the morgue.
On this night, another violent event was reported after 9:00 p.m. in the coop. Nueva Prosperina, near Casuariana avenue.
The victim was traveling in a van when she was intercepted by subjects who forced him to get out of the unit to kill her, it was learned. (YO)
