The fines for violating the measure are $63.75 the first time$106.25 the second and $212.50 if the driver repeats a third or more offense.

There are three public parking lots with a capacity of 460 seats:
- The County, located on Camilo Guachamín and La Esperanza streets. It has 150 spaces.
