On Tuesday, February 7, it will resume all its services at regular hours, between 08:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m.

“Those users who wish to obtain their identity card or passport must pay for said service and schedule their appointment in the virtual agency by entering www.registrocivil.gob.ec,” he said in a statement.
He also recalled that all IDs currently expired or about to expire are valid until June 30, 2023.
