Toxic poisoning caused the death of three people in the Chelyabinsk region. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
“In the Chelyabinsk region in the hospital of the Sosnovsky district, three people died, delivered from different addresses with toxic poisoning. On suspicion of involvement in the commission of an illegal act, police officers detained a local resident who was engaged in the handicraft production of high-grade alcoholic products. Plastic containers with the remnants of an alcohol-containing liquid were seized from him, which was sent for research, ”the ministry said.
A criminal case has been initiated under Part 3 of Art. 238 “Sale of goods that do not meet safety requirements, negligently resulting in the death of two or more persons” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Operational support in a criminal case is carried out by employees of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region. All the circumstances of the incident are being established, a forensic medical examination is being carried out.
