Against rock musician Marilyn Manson (real name – Brian Warner) filed another lawsuit on charges of sexual abuse of a minor in the 1990s, when the artist’s career was just beginning, writes Rolling Stone.
According to the publication, the New York court received a lawsuit not only against Manson, but also the labels Interscope and Nothing Records, with which the musician had previously worked.
The girl who filed the lawsuit claims that she met Manson in 1995 after his concert in Dallas, she was then 16 years old, and he “committed various acts of sexual violence” against her, while previously knowing her age. After that, the musician called the girl and talked with her online, he also invited her to his concert in New Orleans, where he again “subjected the plaintiff to sexual violence,” Rolling Stone reports. After 18 years, the girl again attended the Manson concert, where she also met with the musician.
In those years, the musician worked with labels Interscope and Nothing Records. The plaintiff alleges that they were aware of Manson’s behavior but did not oppose it.
