A woman and a man were assassinated in a hit-and-run style on the afternoon of this Saturday, January 28, in the Los Rosales citadel, in the north of Guayaquil.
According to witnesses, the couple had left a meat and sausage store, boarded a red vehicle and were intercepted by individuals who arrived in another car and shot them.

In this attack, the man died inside the vehicle, while the woman managed to run out to the entrance of the meat establishment, however, she was hit by bullets, for which she also died, confirmed the paramedics who arrived by ambulance.
Police personnel closed part of José Luis Tamayo avenue to carry out the expertise of the case.
Dinased and Criminalistics personnel came to the site for investigations and to carry out the removal of the bodies to take them to the morgue.
On the site, the residents were concerned about these armed attacks, since it was carried out in a high-trade area in that sector. In the target site of the attack there were even children.
In addition, this Saturday morning there was a multiple murder inside an urbanization of Daule, on León Febres-Cordero avenue. Four adults and a girl died. (YO)
