The action was carried out when two small children were at that moment a few steps from the motorcycle.
In a video that captured the situation, the subject is seen setting the motorcycle on fire and fleeing. Two children see the action and when the flames unfold, the children run away.

An affected woman said they had no recent problems in the neighborhood, although she acknowledged that a year ago they had trouble with a neighbor who was threatening her.
