The National Electricity Corporation (CNEL) decided to permanently close the Centenario agency, located in the south of Guayaquil.
This service point will serve the public until this Wednesday, January 25, at its facilities located on El Oro and Eloy Alfaro streets.
Without giving reasons for the closure, CNEL indicated that users will be able to carry out their procedures in the closest agencies or virtual channels.
Users have the telephone contact center by number 1800-263537 and the mobile application CNEL APP.
Users can also share their concerns through the official accounts that the entity has on Facebook and Twitter.
