Located upside down and with some bullet holes in their bodies, the bodies of four men were found this Sunday night near a vacant lot in the La Hojita compound, belonging to the Urdaneta canton in the province of Los Ríos.
A passerby passing by found the bodies and immediately notified the police.
The law enforcement officers arrived and among the first evidence collected, it was revealed that the four murders had been executed in another sector and were later abandoned in that area.
What was confirmed is that the four deceased are not from the Urdaneta canton. Already at night the corpses were recognized, such as the brothers Óscar and Benito Vergara, Walter Sellán Soto and Julio Benítez Avilés.

Among the first reports it was known that none of them would have a criminal record. The bodies of the deceased were taken to the forensic center of the city of Babahoyo.
