Three people were murdered after two attacks with firearms in events that took place in Portoviejo and Manta, between the afternoon and night of this Friday.

The first attack occurred on Friday afternoon when Pablo Daniel Arias Molina was attacked in a house in the El Milagro site of the Picoazá parish in Portoviejo.

According to witnesses, two people came to the house where the now deceased was and approached him to ask for an address.

When Arias was talking and trying to explain the address, one of the occupants of the motorcycle pulled out a weapon and shot the victim several times.

At the scene where Arias was shot, about 20 ballistic evidence was found. The death caused two minors to be orphaned by their father.

In Manta around 10:00 p.m. a double crime took place. The event happened on 299 street of the 20 de Mayo citadel. Hitmen arrived at a house and shot two men. One of the injured people was taken to the IESS hospital in this city, where she died a few hours after being admitted.
