The detonation affected the door of an oxygen bottling plant, but fortunately it did not contaminate the interior of the building where there are dozens of oxygen tanks, which would have caused a large explosion.
The neighbors were alarmed and alerted ECU911, several police units and even explosives experts arrived at the site, who closed the streets and asked the residents to stay in their homes. The agents raised evidence to determine what type of material was used in the attack.
