A new violent death was registered in the Nueva Prosperina district on the night of Monday, January 16, raising the number of murders to 31 only in that territory in the northwest of Guayaquil, the one with the highest incidence of homicides.
The victim is Jordy Carlos Briones Avilés, who was shot outside his house located in the Horizontes del Fortín cooperative, near the entrance to 8.
