Uniformed officers indicated that they recorded the explosion of a device placed in a silver-colored car-type vehicle, whose owner would be a prison guide, who lived by renting an apartment in the sector.
“We found out that they had put a bomb in the car of a tenant, of a boy who works in the jail as a guide,” explained Elsa, another resident of the place.
The agents collected evidence and details that allow them to find the perpetrators of the criminal act.
